A replacement for Cobra Troopers in 1985. An evolving sect of Cobra. From urban to rural. Desert to arctic. Underwater to subterranean.
One of the coolest I have seen recently is a Nitro Viper. Reminding of a Motor-Viper, these soldiers wear a dark blue uniforms, a racing helmet complete with a large visor. This Nitro-Viper is a 2009 "Rise of Cobra" version. Most of the other movie characters are just ho-hum compared to the Cobra legion of Vipers that were released
